WAAROM DIERX?

Dierx Electroservice onderdeel van Hanab Installation Technology is opgericht in 2008. Het bedrijf is uitgegroeid naar een erkend elektrotechnisch installatiebedrijf met een eigen serviceafdeling welke u 24 uur per dag, 365 dagen per jaar kunt bereiken voor elke storing.

Dierx Electroservice is een totaal elektrotechnisch installatiebedrijf. Zo zijn wij thuis in elke elektrotechnische installatie voor klein bedrijf als ook midden en groot bedrijf, data, telecom, beveiliging, toegangscontrole, domotica, verlichtingstechniek en industrie.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Je coördineert het technische team en hebt de verantwoordelijkheid voor:

  • Het ontwikkelen van centrale informatiemodellen waarin alle noodzakelijke gegevens voor het ontwerpen, bouwen en beheren van installaties worden vastgelegd;
  • Het geven van technische begeleiding aan jouw team van Engineers, Modelleurs en Projectleiders. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en dat iedereen zich in dezelfde richting beweegt;
  • Het uitvoeren van ontwerpberekeningen en het verwerken van wijzigingen in contracten of ontwerpen, terwijl je altijd oog hebt voor budgetten en risico’s;
  • Jij neemt het voortouw in het geven van advies en zorgt ervoor dat je team volledig achter jouw technische keuzes staat;
  • Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen om de uitvoering van de mooiste installaties goed voor te bereiden.
  • Limburgs Mooiste, padel-toernooien en hardloopwedstrijden.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Een MBO/HBO-opleiding in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar;
  • Ervaring als Engineer W, bij voorkeur in de technische installatietechniek;
  • Pre: het vermogen om conceptueel te denken en met strategische adviezen te komen;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden: je weet je ideeën duidelijk over te brengen als Leidinggevend Monteur E/W en neem je je team mee in het proces;
  • Leiderschapservaring of de ambitie om als leidinggevende verder te groeien.
