Scheer & Foppen Installatietechniek (onderdeel van Hanab Installation Technology) is een betrokken familiair bedrijf met ruim 60 jaar ervaring in elektrotechniek en werktuigbouwkunde. WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als Projectleider Elektrotechniek ben jij de spil in het succesvol realiseren van uiteenlopende woningbouw en utiliteitsprojecten. Samen met je team zorg je voor kwaliteit, vakmanschap en service. Je hebt zowel technische als organisatorische en commerciële verantwoordelijkheden: jij bent degene die de opdrachten aanneemt en tot een goed resultaat brengt.

  • Leiden van projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering, inclusief planning, budgetbewaking en kwaliteit;
  • Aansturen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van je projectteam;
  • Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en bouwpartners;
  • Actief bijdragen aan kennisdeling en duurzaamheid binnen de organisatie.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • HBO- opleiding of opgedane kennis/ervaring in de installatietechniek;
  • Een VCA-VOL diploma of bereid deze te halen;
  • Leidinggevende vaardigheden;
  • Sterk in projectmanagement en bewaking van tijd en budget;
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en opdrachtgevers;
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring van projecten in de utiliteit;
  • Oplossingsgericht, gestructureerd en gaat geen complexe vraagstukken uit de weg;
  • Het meest belangrijkste, je hebt passie voor techniek!
