Gezonde, comfortabele en toekomstbestendige gebouwen. Daar staat Hanab Installation Technology voor. Ruim 700 medewerkers zetten zich in om duurzame gebouwen van morgen te bouwen en te onderhouden. Comfort en gezondheid van de gebruiker staan centraal. Wij behoren tot de 10 grootste technische installatiebedrijven. Toch zal je merken dat onze vestigingen een lokaal karakter en een sterke band met de omgeving hebben.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Bij Hanab Installation Technology ben jij niet zomaar een Servicemonteur. Bij ons krijg jij meer vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om zelf te ondernemen. Jij hoeft niet voor alles goedkeuring te vragen, jij neemt zelf initiatief. Uiteraard staan collega’s met hun expertise voor jou klaar als jij hulp nodig hebt. Als Servicemonteur werk jij op diverse locaties van onze klanten. Jij gaat storingen goed oplossen en zorgt dat de elektrotechnische en/of HVAC installatie weer perfect werkt. Uiteraard zoek je meteen naar onderdelen die aan vervanging toe zijn. Je wilt voorlopig niet terug! Bij ons team in Ittervoort is er veel ruimte voor jouw inbreng. Hoe kan jij huidige processen verbeteren binnen de mogelijkheden? Kom maar op met jouw ideeën, wij zijn benieuwd!

Enschede is goed te bereiken vanuit de driehoek Zwolle, Apeldoorn en Doetinchem. Je komt te werken in een klein en hecht team, waarbij sprake is van veel regionale binding.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de richting van elektro- of installatietechniek;
  • Relevante werkervaring is een pre;
  • Zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig kunnen werken;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift;
  • Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Je mag onder andere het volgende verwachten als je bij ons komt werken:

  • Een informele en prettige werksfeer. We werken in een platte organisatiestructuur, dat betekent dat alle deuren altijd voor iedereen open staan;

  • De salarisschaal loopt van € 2.697 tot € 4.549 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Indeling is afhankelijk van jouw kennis, opleiding en ervaring;
  • Goed materiaal voor goede professionals. Of het nou een bedrijfsauto, een telefoon van de zaak, een laptop of gereedschap is, bij ons ben je verzekerd van goed materiaal;
  • Wij vallen onder de CAO metaal en techniek technisch installatiebedrijf. Dit betekent een goed pensioen, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen;
  • Wij hechten veel waarde aan het welzijn van onze medewerkers, daarom bieden we een aantrekkelijke leasefiets-regeling aan;
