Storing? Jij lost het op.

Een klant belt: de installatie ligt eruit en niemand weet waarom. Jij stapt in je bus, leest de regeling uit en weet binnen een uur wat er speelt. Zo ziet jouw werk eruit als servicetechnicus bij Hanab in Groningen.

Je werkt aan warmtepompen, hybride systemen, cv-ketels, WTW-units en regeltechniek, bij klanten in Groningen en omgeving. Je lost het probleem op, en je zorgt dat het niet terugkomt.

Jij beslist. Wij vertrouwen je.

Bij Hanab hoef je niet voor alles goedkeuring te vragen. Zie je een onderdeel dat bijna aan vervanging toe is? Dan regel je dat. Zie je een kans om de installatie zuiniger te maken? Dan ga je het gesprek aan met de klant. Loop je vast op een complexe storing? Dan staat er een collega naast je die het al eens eerder heeft gezien.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar nooit alleen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Complexe storingen oplossen aan installaties met moderne technieken
  • Storingsmeldingen en regeltechniek uitlezen en analyseren om de echte oorzaak te vinden
  • Installaties inbedrijfstellen en fijn afstellen voor optimaal rendement
  • Service en onderhoud uitvoeren op een niveau waarop klanten jou blijven vragen
  • Klanten adviseren over verbeteringen en verduurzaming
  • Jongere collega's op weg helpen en meedenken over hoe we het beter doen
  • Veilig en netjes werken, ook als het even tegenzit

Wat neem je mee?

Dit heb je nodig:

  • MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau in elektro-, werktuigbouw- of installatietechniek
  • Relevante werkervaring in service en storingen
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook prettig in een team
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands, mondeling en schriftelijk
  • Rijbewijs B

Dit is mooi meegenomen:

  • Een CO-Vakmanschap certificaat. Heb je dat nog niet? Dat is geen reden om niet te reageren, wij regelen dit samen met je.
  • Ervaring met warmtepompen, hybride of WTW
  • Kennis van actuele regelgeving en normen

Wat krijg je van ons?

Salaris en zekerheid:

  • €3.206 tot €5.287 bruto per maand (40 uur). Waar jij in de schaal uitkomt, hangt af van je kennis, opleiding en ervaring. Dat bespreken we in het eerste gesprek, niet pas bij het contract.
  • Je begint met een jaarcontract, daarna een vast contract.
  • CAO Metaal en Techniek Technisch Installatiebedrijf: goed pensioen, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen

Om mee te werken:

  • Een eigen bedrijfsauto
  • Een telefoon en tablet van de zaak
  • Goed gereedschap en nette werkkleding
  • Werk in de regio, dus geen uren in de file

Om je verder te ontwikkelen:

  • Vakgerichte opleidingen en technische specialisaties
  • Doorgroeien richting specialist of technisch aanspreekpunt, wat bij jou past

Om fit en blij te blijven:
