WAAROM DUBOTECHNIEK?

Dubotechniek (onderdeel van Hanab Installation Technology) is in 1999 opgericht. Wat begon als een passie voor duurzame energie is uitgegroeid tot Dubotechniek hoe het nu is. Een bedrijf dat een totaalpakket aanbiedt om opdrachtgevers en bewoners totaal te ontzorgen. Wij beheersen het complexe proces rondom duurzame energie volledig. Alle facetten van het proces hebben we in eigen huis. Wij verzorgen het advies, de realisatie, het beheer & onderhoud, de exploitatie en de monitoring voor opdrachtgevers. Of je nu een toepassing zoekt voor woningbouw, utiliteit, een renovatieproject of woon-zorgcomplexen, wij zoeken de juiste oplossing die past bij de situatie. Door het opzetten van een eigen ontwikkelingsafdeling zorgen we voor constante vernieuwingen en optimalisaties in het innovatieproces. Het resultaat is het ontwikkelen en realiseren van efficiënte duurzame energiesystemen die concurrerend in de markt gezet worden zoals de plug & play WKO installatie ONE. Het stopt dus niet bij de oplevering van het duurzame energiesysteem, want daar begint het volgens ons eigenlijk pas echt!

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als Technisch Beheerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer en de prestaties van onze energieopwekinstallaties. Vanuit ons kantoor én op afstand bewaak je de werking van installaties, analyseer je energiedata en zorg je ervoor dat storingen snel en effectief worden opgelost. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht blijven onze installaties optimaal presteren.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Beheren, monitoren en optimaliseren van energieopwekinstallaties;
  • Analyseren van energie- en installatiedata en vertalen naar verbeteringen;
  • Op afstand analyseren en oplossen van storingen;
  • Ondersteunen van servicemonteurs tijdens storingen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
  • Beheren van software en digitale beheersystemen;
  • Registreren van meldingen en werkzaamheden in digitale systemen;
  • Opstellen van rapportages en adviseren over optimalisaties;
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit van onze installaties;
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten over storingen, prestaties en technische vraagstukken.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

Je bent analytisch, oplossingsgericht en weet techniek te combineren met klantgerichtheid. Je vindt het leuk om data te interpreteren en installaties continu te verbeteren.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur Werktuigbouwkunde, Energietechniek of Installatietechniek;
  • Ervaring met technisch beheer, onderhoud of monitoring van technische installaties;
  • Affiniteit met duurzame energieopwekinstallaties en data-analyse;
  • Ervaring met gebouwbeheersystemen, SCADA- of monitoringsystemen is een pré;
  • VCA VOL of de bereidheid deze te behalen;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling;

Een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en proactieve werkhouding.
