Hanab Pipelines & Utilities is actief betrokken bij het mogelijk maken van de energietransitie naar hernieuwbare energie en een duurzame samenleving. Van ontwerp en engineering tot uitvoering en projectmanagement, onderhoud en beheer. We verbinden ons altijd met dezelfde overtuiging en gedrevenheid aan een project. Wij leggen door het hele land en daarbuiten leidingen aan voor gas, water, warmte en waterstof of passen het bestaande leidingwerk aan en in de industrie werken wij aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties.

Wil jij met jouw afstudeeronderzoek écht impact maken binnen een organisatie? Bij Hanab Pipelines & Utilities krijg je de kans om te onderzoeken hoe we binnen de afdeling Pipelines betrokkenheid en eigenaarschap van medewerkers kunnen versterken en werkprocessen verder kunnen verbeteren.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Binnen de afdeling Pipelines werken verschillende teams samen aan complexe projecten. Voor een succesvolle samenwerking is het belangrijk dat medewerkers zich betrokken voelen bij hun werk, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en dat werkprocessen duidelijk en eenduidig zijn ingericht.

Tijdens deze afstudeerstage onderzoek je onder andere:

  • Hoe betrokkenheid en eigenaarschap van medewerkers binnen de afdeling Pipelines verder kunnen worden versterkt;
  • In hoeverre er eenduidigheid bestaat in werkprocessen binnen deze afdeling;
  • Hoe er wordt omgegaan met uitzonderingen binnen deze processen;
  • Hoe de professionele omgang en samenwerking tussen collega’s wordt ervaren.

Je brengt de huidige situatie in kaart door middel van interviews, observaties en analyse van bestaande werkwijzen. Je brengt in kaart wat de knelpunten en verbeterkansen zijn. Het eindproduct in de vorm van een adviesrapport bevat praktische aanbevelingen die bijdragen aan meer eigenaarschap, betrokkenheid en duidelijkheid in de samenwerking.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Een hbo- of wo-student, bijvoorbeeld in Bedrijfskunde, HRM, Organisatiekunde of Business IT & Management;
  • Analytisch, nieuwsgierig en communicatief sterk;
  • Geïnteresseerd in organisatieontwikkeling, samenwerking en cultuur.

WAT HEBBEN WE JE TE BIEDEN?

  • Een uitdagende afstudeeropdracht binnen een dynamische technische organisatie;
  • Begeleiding door ervaren professionals binnen Hanab Pipelines;
  • De mogelijkheid om jouw onderzoek daadwerkelijk terug te zien in verbeteringen in de organisatie;
  • Stagevergoeding €550 bruto per maand (40 uur).

Praktische informatie

  • Duur stage: 4 tot 6 maanden;
  • Startperiode: vanaf februari 2027;
  • Locatie: Papendrecht & diverse projectlocaties.
