Als Projectadministrateur speel je een belangrijke rol in het soepel laten verlopen van onze projecten. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatorisch talent zorg je voor een correcte en efficiënte projectadministratie.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als projectadministrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve ondersteuning van diverse projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de projectadministratie volledig, actueel en overzichtelijk is. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiding, projectcontroller, de financiële administratie en andere collega's.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken en beheren van projectgegevens.
  • Opstellen, controleren en verwerken van inkooporders.
  • Bewaken van projectbudgetten en signaleren van afwijkingen.
  • Registreren van uren, materialen en projectkosten.
  • Ondersteunen van projectmanagement bij de voortgangsrapportages.
  • Verzorgen van een correcte archivering en documentbeheer.
  • Gemiddeld drie keer per week onze projecten bezoeken in de omgeving Eindhoven om in verbinding te blijven met je collega’s op de projecten.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Een afgeronde mbo-niveau 4 opleiding, in een administratieve of financiële richting.
  • Ervaring in een administratieve functie; ervaring met projectadministratie is een pré.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, met name Excel.
  • Ervaring met ERP- of administratieve software is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent proactief en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je kunt goed plannen, organiseren en meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk beheren.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

  • Wij vallen onder de CAO metaal en techniek technisch installatiebedrijf. Dit betekent een goed pensioen, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen;
