Once you have completed your application, contact Joey Minton by phone at 270-927-7543 or by email: [email protected] to receive information to do your fingerprints for your required State and Federal background checks and the Child Abuse and Neglect check and to pick up paperwork for a physical and TB skin test (the physical/TB test will be at our expense if completed within a specified time frame and at our location of choice).

Once these steps are completed, you will be sent an email containing information for your online training that must be completed prior to hire.

A minimum of high school diploma or GED.
