Wir sind eine seit über 100 Jahren bilateral tätige Auslandshandelskammer, die die Unterstützung der Unternehmen im Wirtschaftsverkehr zwischen Deutschland, der Schweiz und dem Fürstentum Liechtenstein zum Ziel hat. Für die Mitarbeit in der Handelskammer Deutschland\-Schweiz suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine(n) MitarbeiterIn Buchhaltung / Payroll.

Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich:

Zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich gehören insbesondere die Betreuung und Beratung von deutschsprachigen ausländischen Unternehmen in folgenden Bereichen:

Lohnbuchhaltung

  • Erstellen der Lohnabrechnungen und Lohnausweise
  • Fachgerechtes Abwickeln des Sozialversicherungswesens und Quellensteuern
  • Erfassen/Mutieren von Daten im System
  • Bearbeiten sämtlicher administrativer Aufgaben im Sozialversicherungsbereich
  • Administratives Verarbeiten von Versicherungsleistungen (KTG, UVG, EO etc.)
  • Erstellen von Bescheinigungen für externe Stellen

Finanzbuchhaltung

  • Führen der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erstellen Jahres\-Abschluss nach OR
  • Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen

Ihr Profil:

Wir suchen eine kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team unterstützt. Als Teamplayer/in agieren Sie flexibel und zuverlässig. Sie arbeiten Ihre Aufgaben strukturiert ab und haben ein Auge für Details.

Ihr Background sollte sein:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen
  • Weiterbildung Personaladministration / Payroll\-Spezialist von Vorteil
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Schrift und Wort
  • Gängige MS\-Office\-Anwenderkenntnisse, Sage, Dialogik von Vorteil
  • Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten
  • Exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
