Wir sind eine seit über 100 Jahren bilaterale Auslandshandelskammer, deren Ziel es ist, Unternehmen im Wirtschaftsverkehr zwischen Deutschland, der Schweiz und dem Fürstentum Liechtenstein zu unterstützen. Für die Mitarbeit in der Handelskammer Deutschland\-Schweiz suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine(n) SachbearbeiterIn Rechnungswesen mit Fokus Mehrwertsteuer.

Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich:

Zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich gehören insbesondere:

  • die Betreuung grenzüberschreitender MWST\-Fragestellungen aus Sicht des Schweizer MWST\-Rechts
  • MWST\-Fiskalvertretungen in der Schweiz, hierbei insbesondere die Prüfung, das Erstellen und Einreichen von MWST\-Abrechnungen für ausländische Unternehmen bei der Eidgenössischen Steuerverwaltung

Ihr Profil:

Wir suchen eine kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team unterstützt und Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt sowie an der persönlichen Beratung hat. Als TeamplayerIn agieren Sie flexibel und zuverlässig. Sie arbeiten Ihre Aufgaben strukturiert ab und haben ein Auge für Details. Ihr Background sollte sein:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, SachbearbeiterIn Rechnungswesen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Schweizer MWST\-Recht erforderlich
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Schrift und Wort
  • Gängige MS\-Office\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
