• Evaluate egg grading and packaging performance, including product flow, grade-out, yield, breakage, rework, downtime, inventory accuracy, and material usage.

• Support safety, food safety, quality, compliance, audit, and corrective-action activities by using data to identify recurring issues and preventive solutions.

• Improve reporting processes, system use, data accuracy, documentation, and standard work to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.

• Facilitate performance reviews, track action plans, communicate findings, and verify that improvement initiatives achieve expected results.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, agricultural processing, operations, supply chain, business analysis, or continuous improvement.

• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, NetSuite or another ERP system, and analysis of operational data.

• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, root-cause analysis, standard work, 5S, visual management, and structured problem-solving methods.

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, communicate findings, and recommend practical improvement actions.

• Strong communication, organization, facilitation, follow-up, and project-management skills.

• Knowledge of egg grading, food manufacturing, safety, food safety, quality, sanitation, or regulated production environments preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Labor Analysis, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.

• An equivalent combination of relevant education, technical training, and progressively responsible experience may be considered.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
