The posting

Role Purpose

HanmiGlobal is seeking a Graphic Designer (Reports & Presentations) to join its client-side programme and construction management (PMCM) team on a major government land-development and infrastructure programme in Riyadh. A Lead Developer designs and builds the programme's infrastructure, including roads, water, sewer, storm drainage, power and street lighting, irrigation, landscape and telecom, and our team reviews, supervises and accepts that work on the client's behalf.

The Graphic Designer will support the Project by developing high-quality progress presentations, project reports, executive briefings, and visual communication materials for HanmiGlobal’s Project team and Client’s senior leadership.

The role will focus on translating complex project information into clear, concise, and visually compelling materials for C-level executives and senior decision-makers. Working closely with project leadership and reporting teams, the Graphic Designer will create consistent templates and visuals that communicate programme performance, delivery priorities, key challenges, and decisions required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Progress Presentations and Reports

  • Design and produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc progress presentations and reports covering programme-wide performance and individual delivery packages.
  • Transform approved inputs from Project Controls, Reporting, and site teams into clear, consistent, and professionally structured deliverables.
  • Present progress against plans, key milestones, achievements, upcoming activities, risks, and corrective actions through effective layouts and visuals.
  • Maintain continuity across reporting cycles while adapting designs to changing project requirements and management priorities.
  • Prepare final presentation and report files for digital circulation, meetings, and printing when required.

2. C-Level and Senior Management Presentations

  • Develop executive presentations and briefing materials for the Project’s C-level executives, senior leadership, and steering committees.
  • Work directly with designated senior team members to understand the audience, purpose, key messages, and required outcomes of each presentation.
  • Structure content into concise visual narratives that highlight performance, strategic implications, critical issues, and decisions required.
  • Convert detailed technical and operational inputs into executive summaries, briefings, and decision-focused slides.
  • Refine presentations through management review cycles and accommodate time-sensitive updates ahead of executive meetings.
  • Ensure slides remain clear and legible when projected in meeting rooms or reviewed as standalone documents.

3. Templates and Visual Standards

  • Create and maintain reusable templates for progress presentations, executive briefings, project reports, and management updates.
  • Develop slide masters, report layouts, chart styles, icon libraries, and standard visual components for use by the senior teams.
  • Establish consistent typography, colour palettes, formatting, and information hierarchy in line with approved branding.
  • Design templates that project teams can update efficiently while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
  • Provide practical guidance to team members on using approved templates and preparing content for design.

4. Data Visualization and Project Visuals

  • Create charts, infographics, milestone timelines, progress summaries, and visual dashboards using approved project data.
  • Develop presentation-ready maps, package overviews, annotated photographs, and diagrams to explain the programme’s scope and delivery status.
  • Design visuals that clearly distinguish planned versus actual progress, completed versus outstanding activities, and issues requiring management attention.
  • Collaborate with technical and reporting teams to ensure visuals accurately represent source information without changing its meaning.
  • Maintain consistent units, dates, labels, legends, and reporting periods across all visual materials.

5. Coordination and Delivery Management

  • Coordinate design requirements and production schedules with the Project’s leadership and designated Client’s stakeholders.
  • Manage concurrent assignments, prioritize executive deadlines, and maintain visibility of outstanding inputs and approvals.
  • Consolidate review comments and maintain clear version control throughout the preparation and approval process.
  • Maintain an organized repository of editable presentations, report templates, approved graphics, and final deliverables.
  • Ensure source files are structured for efficient updating and handover to other team members.

6. Quality Assurance and Confidentiality

  • Review deliverables for layout consistency, readability, formatting, spelling, numerical presentation, and visual accuracy.
  • Ensure Arabic and English materials use appropriate typography, alignment, and page or slide direction.
  • Coordinate with content owners to confirm that figures, statements, and technical information are validated before issue.
  • Follow agreed management approvals and document control procedures for final release.
  • Protect confidential project information and executive materials, using only approved channels for storage and sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and manuals.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on reporting and executive presentation design.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing presentations for C-level executives, senior management, boards, or government stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical and numerical information into concise, accessible visual communications.
  • Experience within PMCM, engineering, infrastructure, construction, or management consultancy environments is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating executive presentations, progress reports, reusable templates, and data visualization.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency, including slide masters, layouts, editable charts, diagrams, and presentation templates.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong Microsoft Word skills for report templates, styles, page layouts, and long-document formatting.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel to interpret reporting inputs and prepare accurate charts is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, information design, and presentation storytelling.
  • Ability to produce professional Arabic and English layouts, including right-to-left formatting.
  • Familiarity with Power BI outputs and the preparation of dashboard visuals for executive presentations is an advantage.

Core Competencies

  • Executive communication and audience awareness.
  • Ability to identify and visually emphasize key messages.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization and delivery under tight deadlines.
  • Effective collaboration with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Responsiveness to feedback and sound judgment in handling revisions.
  • Discretion when working with confidential information.

Application Requirements

Candidates should submit a CV and a portfolio featuring executive presentations, project progress reports, data-driven slides, and reusable templates, preferably with Arabic and English examples.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
