Om onze audiologen optimaal te ondersteunen én onze klanten de beste service te bieden, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Audio Assistent. Een veelzijdige functie waarin administratie, klantencontact en organisatie hand in hand gaan. Dankzij jouw ondersteuning kunnen onze audiologen zich volledig focussen op waar zij het verschil maken.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als Audio Assistent ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen ons audiologieteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot verloopt en bent vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Met jouw organisatorisch talent en servicegerichte aanpak maak je elke dag het verschil.

Jij zorgt onder andere voor:

✅ Een vlotte opvolging van reparaties en herstellingen ✅ Het verwelkomen en verder helpen van klanten bij het afhalen van hun oordopjes ✅ Een efficiënte planning van afspraken voor onze audiologen ✅ Een correcte administratieve verwerking van dossiers en contacten met ziekenfondsen ✅ De opvolging van bestellingen en leveringen zodat alles tijdig beschikbaar is ✅ Het voorbereiden van materialen en hulpmiddelen voor consultaties ✅ Een warme ontvangst en professionele begeleiding van klanten tijdens hun bezoek

Je houdt van afwisseling, werkt graag zelfstandig en krijgt energie van het helpen van mensen. Daarnaast ben je nauwkeurig, proactief en draag je graag bij aan een positieve klantervaring.

Je zal dit uitvoeren in Leuven, Aarschot, Bonheiden en Diest.
