Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Care Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk gesprek eindigt met een glimlach. Je taken zijn gevarieerd en uitdagend:

  • Klantdossiers up-to-date houden en gegevens aanpassen waar nodig
  • Klachten professioneel en vriendelijk afhandelen
  • Vragen beantwoorden over bestellingen, levertijden, acties en onze webshop
  • Afspraken inplannen voor onze winkels in Vlaanderen en Wallonië

  • Je bent klantgericht, empathisch en een echte teamspeler
  • Je voelt je helemaal thuis aan de telefoon
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en zet je elke dag 100% in voor tevreden klanten
