  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR/ Personal
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen

  • souveränes Auftreten und sicherer Auftritt in Vertragsgesprächen
  • dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent, Empathie und sympathisches Auftreten
  • digitale Affinität und Freude an (telefonischem) Mitarbeiterkontakt
  • grundlegende Kenntnisse im Arbeits- Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
