Company Overview

We are a Singapore-based construction company seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Admin / HR Executive to support our human resource and administrative operations. The successful candidate will play an important role in managing foreign worker documentation, work permit applications, accommodation arrangements, and employee onboarding to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related submissions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of foreign workers, including personal particulars, employment details, and permit validity.
  • Coordinate workers' dormitory accommodation, including new arrangements, transfers, and related administrative matters.
  • Manage pre-arrival arrangements for foreign workers, ensuring all necessary documentation and preparations are completed before their arrival in Singapore.
  • Coordinate workers' onboarding, medical examinations, and other employment-related formalities.
  • Monitor work permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals and compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies, dormitory operators, and internal departments on workforce matters.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support to management and operational teams.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction administration or HR, preferably within Singapore's construction industry.
  • Familiarity with MOM work permit applications and foreign worker management procedures.
  • Experience coordinating workers' accommodation, onboarding, and employment documentation.
  • Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Sunday: Rest Day
