Intern 海运实习生：

我们正在寻找对客户服务有浓厚兴趣,并致力于在蓬勃发展的集装箱运输行业长期发展的人才。 在校学生，可以长期实习。工作时间，8：30/9：00-17：30/18：00

候选人一经录用，将： - 在年轻、充满活力的国际化环境和氛围中工作； - 获得不同组内学习和实践的机会 - 实习期间配有专门的导师进行培养和指导 - 根据部门的实际情况，您将需要完成各类海运服务和船舶操作相关的任务，例如但不限于：

1.海运服务相关（CS） 1)核实订舱资料,在规定时间内完成出口订舱 2)协调各部门及时处理出口订舱上的相关问题 3)接受和检验客户托单，制作海运提单及发票，处理异常提单 4)进口流程的操作，与船代协调进口相关事宜 5)解答客户疑问，并协调相关部门对客户的需求提供解决方案

2. 船舶操作相关（OPS） 1)与公司其他部门和码头部门合作确保货物顺利作业 2)统计和分析每周各艘作业船舶的进出口作业量 3)协助中央配载，协调处理超配、截关超时等异常情况 4)根据对现有库存水平和预测的评估，协调有关货柜的供应计划 5)有效分析和控制货柜流转的成本 6)协调新货柜的交付以及现有货柜的保养和维修 7)参与货物结关，确保内陆出口货物在装货前完成当地海关报关 8)协调处理内陆中转的相关事宜，通过密切追踪、监测和规划，确保高质量的运输连接

Qualifications

应聘要求: 1，大专或本科学历的在校学生，2027年毕业学生，完成学校课程后，可以全职实习。

一周实习5天，从2026/12月/1月开始实习，连续实习一年至2027毕业前。

2，物流、报关与国际货运、国际贸易、港口与航运管理，集装箱管理等相关专业学生； 3，良好的英语读写能力； 4，熟悉办公软件； 5，良好的沟通能力，能独立工作以及具备良好的团队合作精神； 6，良好的学习能力和逻辑思维及表达能力； 7，积极的工作态度和良好的客户服务意识。

2027届的实习岗位， 1，工作地点：苏州工业园区2.5产业园E2 栋。 2，提供实习补助，住宿吃饭交通自理。 3，上班时间：早8：30/9：00到17：30/18：00。一周工作五天，休息2天，节假日按照国家政策放假，无寒暑假。
