Client Manager

Happycapital HRM is op zoek naar een Client Manager in Paramaribo, Suriname. Je gaat in deze functie full-time voor 40 uur per week aan de slag met een marktconform salaris. Een rol met verantwoordelijkheid, impact én de mogelijkheid om te wonen en werken in Paramaribo, de hoofdstad van Suriname.

Wat ga je doen?

Je zorgt ervoor dat klantprojecten soepel verlopen en dat teams optimaal kunnen presteren. Je stuurt teamleiders aan, bewaakt de resultaten en bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers. Kort gezegd: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed draait.

Je houdt je bezig met:

  • Het coachen en begeleiden van teamleiders;
  • Het behalen van doelstellingen en KPI's;
  • Het verbeteren van processen en resultaten;
  • Het onderhouden van klantrelaties;
  • Het creëren van een positieve en succesvolle werkomgeving.

Er heerst geen 9 tot 17 uur cultuur en je werkt 40 uur in de week. Er is geen sprake van structureel overwerken, maar we zoeken wel iemand die gemotiveerd is om aan de slag te gaan en er voor het team te zijn als het nodig is. Als Client Manager werk jij van maandag tot en met vrijdag en ben jij in het weekend vrij.

Je hebt al ervaring met het leidinggeven van teams en sparren op directieniveau. We zoeken iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat.

Jij:

  • Hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol;
  • Hebt ervaring binnen customer service, klantcontact, operations of een vergelijkbare omgeving;
  • Bent een people manager: je wil met mensen bezig zijn en krijgt mensen snel mee;
  • Hebt veel geduld en aanpassingsvermogen;
  • Wenst om de stap naar Suriname te maken.
