In dieser Rolle verantwortest du gemeinsam mit unserem Team Lead Supply Chain und einer Kollegin im Outbound-Bereich die gesamte Lieferkette – du bist dabei der Kopf hinter allem, was bei uns ins Lager kommt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Inbound-Prozesse entlang unserer Supply Chain – von der Bestellung bis zur eingelagerten Ware
  • Anlage und Versand von Lieferantenbestellungen in unserem ERP-System (weclapp) auf Basis der Bedarfsplanung sowie eigenständige Freigabekompetenz im definierten Rahmen
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Warenanlieferung inkl. Transportbuchung, Wareneingangskontrolle, Qualitätsprüfung und Reklamationsabwicklung
  • Operative Steuerung unserer Lieferanten hinsichtlich Lieferterminen, Produktionsanpassungen und Qualität
  • Pflege und Überwachung der Liefertermine im ERP als Basis unserer Supply-Chain-KPIs
  • Vorbereitung und gemeinsame Leitung unseres wöchentlichen BBF-Termins (Bestellungen, Bestand, Forecast) mit Geschäftsführung und Operations-Leitung
  • Aufbereitung von Lieferantenbewertungen (Performance, Konditionen, Optimierungspotenziale) als Grundlage für Verhandlungen
  • Stammdatenpflege im ERP: Artikel- und Lieferantenanlage, Bestandsbuchungen, Lagerplatzierung
  • Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems sowie Dokumentation und Optimierung unserer Inbound-Prozesse
  • Tracking, Analyse und Aufbereitung relevanter KPIs aus deinem Bereich
  • Enger Austausch mit internen Fachbereichen wie Sales, Customer Care, Produktmanagement und Marketing

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik o.ä. – oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung
  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung (ca. 2–3 Jahre) im Supply Chain Management, in der Logistik oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit und hast Lust, dich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du überzeugst mit guten Excel-Kenntnissen, Zahlenverständnis und analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen ist von Vorteil – wichtiger ist uns deine Freude daran, Systeme und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Du behältst auch bei einer Vielzahl von Themen den Überblick und einen kühlen Kopf
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist genau, strukturiert und zeichnet sich durch eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität aus
  • Neue Herausforderungen begeistern dich und du gehst diese lösungsorientiert an
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative
