DEINE ROLLE

Als Partner Manager bei happyhotel bist du der Motor hinter unserem Wachstumskanal. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen uns und unseren Partnern (z.B. PMS, Channel Manager, Berater & Verbände) und internen Stakeholder. Deine Mission ist es, unser Netzwerk nicht nur zu verwalten, sondern dein Portfolio kooperativ zu einem hochskalierbaren gegenseitigen Lead- und Umsatzkanal auszubauen. Du verbindest strategische Planung mit operativer Exzellenz und sorgst dafür, dass happyhotel bei allen relevanten Marktteilnehmern top-of-mind ist.

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Netzwerk-Aufbau: Durch social Media, Reisetätigkeit und Veranstaltungen baust du dir dein Branchennetzwerk auf und aus und legst den Grundstein für zukünftige Partnerschaften.

- Netzwerk-Aktivierung: Du betreust ein Portfolio unseres bestehenden Partnernetzwerk systematisch, erstellst individuelle Jahres-Aktivitätspläne und führst regelmäßige Performance-Analysen sowie Quartals-Meetings durch.

- Marketing & Content: Du planst gemeinsame Marketingaktionen, führst Webinare für Partner und deren Kunden oder Mitarbeiter durch und erstellst relevanten Content (z.B. LinkedIn-Beiträge) zur Vermarktung neuer Integrationen. Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unserem Marketing Team und erweckst die Partnerschaften zum Leben bzw. aktivierst vertraglich vereinbarte Marketing Aktivitäten

- Event-Management: Du leitest die Planung und Durchführung von Messeauftritten und Partner-Events – von der ersten Idee über die Präsentationserstellung bis zum Standdienst vor Ort.

- Sales Operations & Admin: Du pflegst Tools zur Partnerverwaltung, kümmerst dich um Provisionsabrechnungen, verfolgst das Leadmanagement und optimierst interne Prozesse im Partnerkontext.

- Tracking & Analyse: Du stellst ein lückenloses Tracking aller Leads und Wins sicher und pflegst unsere Partnerprofile sowie die Dokumentation auf relevanten Plattformen.

- Selling & Tade fairs: Du vertrittst uns neben dem Sales auf Messen, kennst das Produkt und kannst es in jedem Kontext verkaufen wie ein Profi.

DEIN PROFIL

- Erfahrung: Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Partner Management, Business Development, Beratung oder einem ähnlichen Bereich mit (idealerweise im SaaS- oder sogar Hotel-Umfeld).

- Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist ein geborener Netzwerker, präsentierst leidenschaftlich gerne vor Kamera oder Publikum und hast ein Händchen für professionellen Content und den richtigen Moment zum Kennenlernen neuer Menschen.

- Reisebereitschaft: Du bist gerne unterwegs, besuchst deine Netzwerkpartner und bist bei den gemeinsamen Veranstaltungen und Messen vor Ort. Ca. 20% Reisetätigkeit.

- Organisationstalent: Du kannst viele Bälle gleichzeitig in der Luft halten – von der Provisionsabrechnung bis zur strategischen Messeplanung behältst du den Überblick.

- Analytisches Mindset: Du arbeitest zielorientiert und liebst es, den Erfolg deiner Arbeit an klaren KPIs (Leads, Wins, Termine) zu messen.

- Partner-Profi: Erste Erfahrung im Aufbau und Skalierung von Ökosystemen aus den Bereichen Partner Management, Beratung oder Business Development.

- Kommunikationstalent: Souveränes Auftreten als erster Ansprechpartner für alle externen Geschäftsbeziehungen bis auf C-Level Ebene.

- Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch sind Voraussetzung. Jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus.

- Ideal und optional: Bestehendes Netzwerk: Du bringst, aufgrund deiner vorheriger Tätigkeit, bereits ein Netzwerk aus der Hotelbranche mit oder kennst den Markt bereits.
