The posting

Join our team at Tokki Pokki, where we serve authentic Korean food and create welcoming dining experiences for our guests! We are looking for energetic and friendly Service Crew Members to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and seat them promptly.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately using our ordering system.
  • Serve dishes, side dishes (banchan), and beverages to tables efficiently.
  • Assist customers by explaining menu items or recommendations.
  • Set up, clear, and sanitize tables quickly to prepare for incoming guests.
  • Handle basic payment transactions and assist with guest inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining area.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but beginners/freshers are welcome to apply!
  • Friendly personality with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Basic interest in Korean cuisine and food culture is welcomed.
  • Flexible schedule
