  • Analyze current-state law, processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
  • Guide solution configuration, data migration planning, testing, quality assurance, and change-management activities as applicable.
  • Identify and manage delivery risks, issues, and escalations; recommend timely course corrections to maintain engagement quality.
  • Create and present executive-ready materials that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Partner with sales and engagement leadership on scoping conversations, estimates, and proposed approaches when needed.
  • Contribute to Harbor’s consulting methodology, reusable assets, quality standards, and continuous-improvement efforts.

Required qualifications:

  • You will have worked within a law firm or other regulated professional service firm, ideally having had exposure to the risk or business acceptance functions. • Experience managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating workshops, and communicating effectively with both executives and technical teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
