Hos HARDI International A/S søger vi en struktureret og løsningsorienteret Logistics Coordinator til vores Supply Chain-afdeling.

Du får en central rolle i den daglige logistikdrift og bliver bindeled mellem kolleger, kunder, leverandører, speditører og transportører.

Din rolle og dine opgaver

Du sikrer en effektiv, rettidig og omkostningsbevidst håndtering af vores indgående og udgående transporter – fra booking til levering og dokumentation.

Dine vigtigste opgaver bliver at:

• Planlægge, booke og følge op på transporter

• Koordinere afhentninger og leveringer

• Håndtere transport-, told- og forsendelsesdokumenter

• Følge op på forsinkelser og andre transportafvigelser

• Sikre korrekte data i ERP- og logistiksystemer

• Samarbejde med interne teams, kunder, leverandører og transportpartnere

• Bidrage til bedre arbejdsgange og transportløsninger

Hvem er du?

Du har gerne 2-3 års erfaring inden for logistik, transport, spedition, shipping, lageradministration eller supply chain. En relevant uddannelse er en fordel, men praktisk erfaring kan sagtens være din indgang til jobbet.

Vi lægger vægt på, at du:

• Arbejder struktureret og følger dine opgaver til dørs

• Kan bevare overblikket og prioritere i en travl hverdag

• Er selvstændig, serviceminded og løsningsorienteret

• Kommunikerer godt på dansk og engelsk

• Har blik for både kundeservice og omkostninger

Erfaring med ERP-systemer, transportbooking, international transport, told-/eksportdokumentation og Incoterms er en fordel.
