Tööülesanded: Haridus- ja Teadusministeerium kujundab otsuseid, mis mõjutavad õppijate võimalusi, haridussüsteemi arengusuundi ja Eesti tuleviku konkurentsivõimet.VANEMNÕUNIKUNA saad Sa: - kujundada kutsehariduse toimemudelite aluseks olevat õigusruumi; - kujundada kesk- ja kutsehariduse vastavust tööturu ja ühiskonna ootustele; - osaleda ühtse keskhariduse mudeli ülesehitamises; - suunata haridussüsteemi paremat vastavust tööturu ja ühiskonna muutuvatele vajadustele; - luua ning hoida tulemuslikku koostööd koolide, tööandjate, partnerorganisatsioonide ja teiste sidusrühmadega.

Töö eeldab väga head strateegilist ja koostöist mõtteviisi, eestvedamise suutlikkust, otsuste kujundamise julgust; iseseisva töötamise suutlikkust ja toimetulekut tööülesannetest tulenevate haldusprotsessidega.

Muud nõuded: Ootame Sind kandideerima, kui Sa: - omad magistrikraadi või sellele vastavat kvalifikatsiooni soovitatavalt haridusega seonduvas valdkonnas; - tunned haridusvaldkonda ning omad kogemust haridusjuhtimises; - oled juhtinud reforme, strateegilisi muutusi või mahukaid arendusprojekte; - oskad ühendada erinevaid vaateid ning saavutada kokkuleppeid keerulistes küsimustes; - suudad rahvusvahelise võrdluspraktika ja analüüside tulemused siduda muutuste kujundamise protsessiga; - Sul on julgus võtta vastutust, teha otsuseid ja viia muutusi ellu; - eesti keele oskus C1 või sellele vastaval tasemel ja inglise keel vähemalt B2 või sellele vastaval tasemel. Kasuks tuleb varasem töökogemus hariduskorralduse valdkonnas.
