Ihre Aufgaben

Als Serviceassistent unterstützen Sie den täglichen Ablauf in unserem Servicebereich und sorgen für eine professionelle Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden. Dazu gehören insbesondere:

  • Service\- und Werkstatttermine entgegennehmen, koordinieren und verwalten
  • Kundinnen und Kunden vor Ort begrüssen und betreuen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kundschaft, internen Teams und externen Stellen
  • Service\- und Kundendaten erfassen und pflegen
  • Bei der Erstellung von Rechnungen unterstützen
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Servicebüro übernehmen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Administration oder im Kundendienst; Erfahrung im Automobil\- oder Dienstleistungsbereich ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Englisch oder ösisch, sind ein Plus
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office\-Programmen; Erfahrung mit Händler\- oder Garagensoftware ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
