Your responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Zahlungsverkehr der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Abwicklung aller Zahlungen, einschließlich:
  • Gehaltszahlungen
  • Lieferanten- und Dienstleisterzahlungen
  • Zahlungen für Tochtergesellschaften und Beteiligungen
  • Zahlungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Schiffsbetrieb und maritimen Aktivitäten
  • Anzahlungen und sonstigen gruppenweiten Zahlungsströmen
  • Verwaltung und Überwachung sämtlicher Bankkonten der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Eröffnung, Schließung und Administration von Bankkonten sowie Verwaltung von Vollmachten und Zeichnungsberechtigungen weltweit
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie externer regulatorischer Anforderungen im Zahlungsverkehr
  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Zahlungsprozessen, Zahlungswegen und Bankgebühren
  • Unterstützung bei der Liquiditätssteuerung und dem Cash-Management
  • Mitwirkung bei Treasury- und Banking-Projekten sowie bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Zahlungslösungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Prüfern, Banken und Dienstleistern
  • Pflege von Zahlungsverkehrsinformationen im ERP System

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Bürokaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr, Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Banking oder Finanzadministration
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Zahlungen
  • Erfahrung im Kreditorenmanagement sowie im Umgang mit Electronic-Banking-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Bankkonten, einschließlich Kontoeröffnungen, Kontoschließungen und Vollmachtenmanagement, von Vorteil
  • Hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Finanzdaten
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gängigen ERP- und Finanzsystemen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Du fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Themen rund um Payments und Banking und arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Finance, Accounting, Payroll sowie den operativen Gesellschaften der Gruppe zusammen.
