The posting

We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual to join us as a Home Academy Liaison Officer, working across two academies in North London, Harris Academy St John's Wood and Harris Academy Tottenham. In this rewarding role, you will help improve attendance, wellbeing, engagement and outcomes for vulnerable pupils and their families.

Working in partnership with academy leadership teams, pastoral and safeguarding staff, families, local authorities, housing services, charities and other partner organisations, you will identify, support and advocate for disadvantaged students and families, with a particular focus on those experiencing homelessness, housing instability and other barriers to education.

This role is term-time only, and is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The actual salary will be £35,534.27 (38 weeks per year, 37.5 hours per week).

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience working with children, young people or families facing disadvantage.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including school staff, parents and external agencies.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A commitment to improving outcomes for disadvantaged children and young people.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively.
  • The willingness and ability to travel regularly between Harris academies.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
