Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Tracking: Monitor schedules, track milestones, and update project management software.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact between team members, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Documentation & Admin: Manage RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project files.
  • Budget & Procurement: Help track project spending, review invoices, and assist with material and equipment procurement.
  • Site Support: Conduct site visits, check on quality control, and coordinate field activities with superintendentsAssist in document controlUltimately being responsible for all document control Assist in material take offs Assist in estimating Assist in procurement Assist with subcontractors Daily time entry Daily billings to client using client based billing software “Track” Verify gate logs Equipment billing

Experience:

  • Entry- to mid-level experience in project coordination.

Requirements:

  • High Hazard Facility Training (HHFT)
  • Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC)
  • Refinery Safety Overview (RSO)

Pay Range:

$30.35 - $45.53

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
