Als Sales Operations Manager machst du unsere Informationen zur verlässlichen Steuerungsgrundlage für den Sales – mit sauberen Daten, transparenten KPIs und intelligenter Automatisierung. Gleichzeitig gestaltest du den Aufbau unserer zukünftigen Sales-Operations-Organisation aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Struktur, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems (aktuell HubSpot) – von Datenmodell über Pipelines bis zu Berechtigungen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität und verlässlicher Daten-Strukturen als Basis für Forecast und Steuerung
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Sales-KPIs, Reports und Dashboards für Vertrieb und Management
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Sales-Anforderungen in Prozesse, Workflows und Datenstrukturen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung sinnvoller Automatisierungs- und KI-Use-Cases entlang des Vertriebsprozesses
  • Steuerung externer Partner bei der technischen und konzeptionellen CRM-Weiterentwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing, Partner- und Portfoliomanagement sowie dem Senior Management
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung beim Aufbau unserer zukünftigen Sales-Operations-Organisation

Das bringst du mit

  • Berufserfahrung in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM-Management oder einem vergleichbaren datengetriebenen Umfeld, idealerweise 3+ Jahre
  • Praxiserfahrung in Konfiguration und Administration eines CRM-Systems – z. B. HubSpot, Salesforce oder Microsoft Dynamics
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Datenstrukturen, Workflows, Reporting und Dashboards; Excel- oder BI-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Verständnis für B2B-Vertriebsprozesse – von Lead über Pipeline bis Forecast
  • Interesse an Automatisierung und KI sowie Ideen für praxisnahe Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Lust, Dinge von Grund auf aufzubauen
  • Kommunikationsstärke über alle Stakeholder-Ebenen bis ins Senior Management
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
