Wir, die harrys home & adler hotels, sind ein stetig wachsendes Familienunternehmen in 5. Generation mit derzeit insgesamt 17 Hotels. Hierzu gehören die harrys home hotels & apartments in Österreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz, welche in den nächsten Jahren stark in neue Standorte expandieren werden, sowie das Boutique-Hotel Schwarzer Adler und das ADLERS Lifestyle-Hotel in Innsbruck. Hier befindet sich zudem das HelpOffice, in welchem das Management, die administrativen Abteilungen des Unternehmens (Buchhaltung & Controlling, Human Resources, Marketing, Revenue, Einkauf & Facility) sowie die Reservierungsabteilung untergebracht sind. Diese unterstützen die Häuser zentral bei ihrem operativen Tagesgeschäft.

* GastgeberIn sein - Dein Lächeln ist unser bester Start in den Tag

** Du begrüßt unsere Gäste herzlich im Frühstücksbereich und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich rundum wohlfühlen.

* Vielfalt & Abwechslung - kein Tag ist wie der andere

** Du kümmerst dich um den Auf- und Abbau des Frühstücksbuffets, bereitest warme und kalte Speisen zu und übernimmst anfallende Service- und Küchenarbeiten.

** Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und unterstützt bei Bedarf auch andere Abteilungen.

* Qualität im Blick - Sauberkeit und Ordnung

** Du kontrollierst die gereinigten Zimmer und achtest darauf, dass unsere Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden.

** Du übernimmst Reinigungstätigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel das Fensterputzen, und sorgst für Sauberkeit und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild.

** Du kümmerst dich um das Wäschehandling und sorgst für einen ordentlichen Ablauf.

* Teamplayer - Gemeinsam zum Erfolg

** Du arbeitest eng mit dem Front Office, dem Frühstücksteam und dem Housekeeping zusammen und unterstützt deine KollegInnen, wo du gebraucht wirst.

Was du mitbringst:

* Du begeisterst mit deiner positiven Ausstrahlung unsere Gäste und deine KollegInnen.

* Du arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und selbstständig und hast ein gutes Auge fürs Detail.

* Du erkennst, wenn etwas nicht unseren Qualitätsstandards entspricht, und achtest auf eine gründliche und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise.

* Du bist bereit, sowohl im Frühstücksbereich als auch bei Housekeeping-Tätigkeiten mit anzupacken.

* Du bist organisiert, körperlich belastbar und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.

* Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung im Frühstücksservice, in der Reinigung oder im Housekeeping mit. Auch als QuereinsteigerIn bist du willkommen, wenn du motiviert und lernbereit bist.

* Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist flexibel, wenn es darum geht, in unterschiedlichen Bereichen mitzuhelfen.
