We zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste ingesteldheid: een kok die zijn of haar vak kent, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en met plezier deel uitmaakt van een team. Iemand die vlot in het Nederlands communiceert.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een professionele keuken en kunt zelfstandig aan de slag in de warme keuken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van warme bereidingen, kooktechnieken en het correct bereiden en afwerken van gerechten.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en met respect voor producten en ingrediënten.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt ook tijdens drukke services het overzicht.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werkpost en denkt mee over een vlotte keukenwerking.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die collega's ondersteunt en samen met hen voor een mooi resultaat gaat.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en begrijpt dat horeca soms vraagt om een extra inspanning.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en een verzorgde presentatie.

Ervaring is belangrijk, maar minstens even belangrijk vinden we je motivatie, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en goesting om er samen met het team iets moois van te maken.
