  • Advance policy and procedure improvements and efficiencies, working with partner teams and key stakeholders.
  • Initiate and collaborate on adopting innovation practices and leveraging technology solutions (like Generative AI) to meet growing business needs.
  • Supervise and develop the Financial Operations Team, fostering a strong, motivated, and cross-trained team focused on delivering high-quality customer service. Lead and promote a responsive, collaborative customer service environment within the Controller’s area, ensuring professional, timely, and accurate support for both internal and external constituents, including faculty, staff, researchers, and students.
  • Support the Controller by serving as a key liaison to SEAS departments and collaborating with Research, Faculty Support and other leadership on business needs.
  • Lead SEAS in planning and implementing the University’s financial processes, systems, and policies. Act as the primary SEAS liaison with university-level working groups, driving change management efforts for SEAS users. Provide regular updates on project progress through monthly Finance/Area meetings, newsletters, emails, and other community forums. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
