One application. Many ways to play.

Apply once to this general application for consideration for anticipated 2027 Marketing internships in Boston, Massachusetts and/or Renton, Washington.

This is not one specific vacancy. Projects are confirmed on a rolling basis, and one application puts you in consideration across multiple opportunities with participating teams and brands. You do not need to submit separate applications for each team or brand.

If your profile aligns with a specific internship project, a recruiter may contact you directly with details and next steps. Applying does not guarantee an interview or placement.

About Hasbro

Hasbro creates joy and community through the magic of play. Across Hasbro, Wizards of the Coast and our partner network, teams bring iconic brands and new ideas to life through games, toys, entertainment and experiences.

Teams and areas you may support

Depending on confirmed projects and business needs, your internship could align with one or more areas such as:

  • Brand and franchise marketing
  • Consumer insights and market research
  • Digital, social and content marketing
  • Integrated campaigns and media
  • Commercial and retail marketing
  • Marketing operations and performance

Examples of what you may work on

Depending on your placement, you may:

  • Use consumer, fan, cultural and performance insights to identify opportunities.
  • Support campaign, content, launch or go-to-market planning and execution.
  • Develop briefs, presentations, recaps, toolkits or content for real brand initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign or market data and turn it into a clear story and recommendation.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Product, Sales, Finance, Insights and agency partners.
  • Help improve a marketing process, channel or audience experience.

What you bring

You are currently enrolled in a university degree program in Marketing, Communications, Consumer Behavior, Business, Analytics, Media, Advertising or a related degree program.

  • A consumer-first mindset and curiosity about brands, culture and communities
  • Clear communication and storytelling, supported by evidence and insight
  • Comfort balancing creative thinking with data, details and delivery
  • Ability to collaborate, adapt and keep learning as priorities and timelines change

Work samples: No portfolio is required. Campaigns, research, content, student leadership or class projects may be linked if they strengthen your application.

Level up together. All interns join one global cohort connected through shared, structured onboarding and weekly learning and development.

  • Own meaningful work tied to real business priorities, with mentorship and feedback
  • Build career skills through brand immersion and conversations with leaders
  • Connect with peers through networking and social experiences
  • Volunteer and give back alongside the intern community

Who can apply

  • You are currently enrolled in an accredited university degree program and will remain enrolled for at least one academic term after completing the internship. Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply. MBA candidates: please see our separate MBA internship postings.
  • We generally prioritize students entering the final year of their degree after the internship. Students at other eligible stages, including those with approximately two academic years remaining, are also encouraged to apply. Eligibility is based on program stage, not age.
  • You can commit to the full program schedule and work model for the assigned location.
  • You meet the work-authorization requirements stated below.
  • Listed majors are examples. Related programs, coursework and transferable projects are welcome; previous internship experience is not required.

If this work excites you but you do not match every preferred skill, we still encourage you to apply. We value potential, curiosity, willingness to learn and different paths to the same capability.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
