This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

Job Overview

Step into the Analyst role at Hasbro and play a key part in providing top-tier customer service. We are looking for an inquisitive, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking team member who enjoys examining details, posing the right questions, and resolving issues early. This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop your logistics career, focusing on on-time shipping, high fill percentages, and smooth vendor processes, with hands-on exposure to order processing and retail compliance. Located in Boston, MA, you will collaborate with multiple departments to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Location and Work Arrangement

This role is based at our Boston, Massachusetts office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.

What You'll Do

  • Complete day-to-day order activity for assigned, less complex retail accounts, communicating directly with customers on order adjustments and keeping Sales/Replenishment informed.
  • Research and resolve routine purchase order discrepancies and order exceptions (pricing, case-pack/UPC errors, order blocks), bringing up complex issues to the Senior Analyst.
  • Run open-order analysis against allocation plans and available inventory using Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) automated transaction tools and carry out inventory availability plans to meet in-full targets.
  • Proactively flag at-risk appointed arrival dates and in-transit issues, request retailer date changes early to prevent not-on-time charges, and complete agreed-upon resolutions with Logistics and Sales.
  • Proactively flag at-risk appointed arrival dates and in-transit issues, request retailer date changes early to prevent not-on-time charges, and complete agreed-upon resolutions and peak-period shipping plans in partnership with Logistics, Sales, Management, and Replenishment.
  • Follow established account management procedures and retail guidelines, bringing curiosity and fresh ideas for improvement.
  • Partner with the outsourced order processing team on order entry, exceptions, and quality checks in SAP, serving as an escalation point for assigned accounts.
  • Research compliance charges (fill rate, not-on-time, UPC/case-pack) for assigned accounts, help prepare retailer disputes with supporting documentation, and flag root causes to prevent repeat charges.
  • Provide occasional evening and weekend coverage during month/quarter-end close.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated ability to research issues, analyze data, and resolve problems before they escalate.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant domain.
  • Approximately 1 – 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or order management, ideally in Consumer Products/Manufacturing, may be typical for this role, but candidates with additional experience are welcome and will receive full consideration.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks with high detail accuracy and follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and share data.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with SAP order processing and interest in BI tools.
  • Eagerness to learn, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience working in a dynamic, high-demand consumer products setting.
  • Knowledge of retail compliance programs, chargebacks/deductions, and logistics processes.

Notice Regarding Hasbro’s use of AI in the Recruitment Process

We use Greenhouse’s AI-powered Talent Matching tool to compare your application against our job requirements.

How it works: Talent Matching compares information from your resume and application responses with job-related criteria established and weighted by Hasbro’s recruiting and hiring teams. Depending on the role, these criteria may include relevant skills, work experience, prior job titles, and industry experience. The tool then assigns a match category to help organize applications for review.

Human oversight: Talent Matching supports — but does not replace — human review. It does not automatically advance or reject candidates or make employment decisions. Hasbro’s recruiters and hiring managers review applications and remain responsible for all hiring decisions.

Greenhouse has published the results of an independent bias audit of Talent Matching. View the Greenhouse Talent Matching audit results.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
