At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

We're hiring a Sr. Manager, Global Data Analytics to lead our analytics team and encourage decisions based on data across our commercial sales, operations, and WPN divisions. This is a player-coach role: you’ll lead and develop a global analytics team while staying hands-on in the work. You’ll mentor talent and set the roadmap and processes. You will also dig into the data using SQL and Python scripting to turn complex business problems into clear, actionable answers. You’ll hold a high bar for the integrity of data and deliver analytics initiatives that are accurate, on time, and trusted by senior leaders.

What You’ll Do

You’ll build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed analytics team that moves fast and asks better questions. In this role, you will:

  • Own the global analytics roadmap for commercial teams, prioritizing work, managing capacity, and delivering against business goals.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Data Science, and Economics stakeholders to set shared data priorities, standards, and practices that build a stronger data culture across Wizards of the Coast.
  • Build the operating model. Create scalable processes, standards, and documentation that let the team move quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders in EMEA, APAC, and North America to turn business needs into analytical frameworks, key metrics, and reporting strategy.
  • Oversee delivery of dashboards, models, and data solutions using Snowflake, dbt, Python, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Drive data quality and governance in partnership with data engineering and BI.
  • Embed analytics in decisions by collaborating across product, finance, supply chain, engineering, and marketing.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders to shape planning, forecasting, and go-to-market execution.
  • Bring innovation by testing new tools, methods, automation, and AI strategy & governance for commercial to keep the team ahead.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in data or business analytics, with 4+ years managing people or leading teams.
  • Hands-on experience supporting business in both EMEA and APAC, with a real understanding of regional market, cultural, and data nuances.
  • Exposure to commercial sales, logistics, and retail analytics.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills, and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, ETL workflows).
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Proven record of hiring, developing, and managing analytical talent, ideally across time zones.
  • Track record of building roadmaps and processes from the ground up and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
  • Strong grasp of data governance and quality.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
