Charakteristika vykonávané práce:- Evidence všech faktur přijatých včetně elektronických.- Věcné, formální a číselné přezkušování faktur přijatých.- Zajištění ověření přijatých faktur zodpovědnými zaměstnanci HZS MSK v souladu se zákonem č. 320/2001 Sb., o finanční kontrole ve veřejné správě a o změně některých zákonů.- Vyřizování reklamací týkající se věcné, číselné nebo formální správnosti přijatých faktur.- Odepisování úhrad faktur přijatých.- Kontrola úplnosti, správnosti a průkaznosti účetních dokladů a jejich soulad se zákonem č. 563/1991 Sb., o účetnictví ze znění pozdějších předpisů.- Účtování veškerých úhrad na výdajovém bankovním účtu HZS MSK.- Účtování pohledávek za telefony a sledování úhrad, řešení neuhrazených pohledávek.- Kontrola, zakládání a archivace účetních záznamů týkajících se faktur přijatých, bankovních výpisů a pohledávek v souladu s platnými předpisy.Další požadavky:- Znalost práce na PC – MS Word, Excel (znalost programu SAP výhodou).- Minimálně středoškolské vzdělání ekonomického směru s maturitou.- Znalost účetnictví organizačních složek státu. - Umění jednat s lidmi, samostatnost, zodpovědnost, svědomitost, komunikativnost.Zaměstnanecké výhody: stravenky, 25 dní dovolené, 5 dnů indispozičního volna, příspěvek na produkty penzijního spoření, pružná pracovní doba.9.
