MISSÃO DA POSIÇÃO

Conduzir e executar as iniciativas de Trade Marketing da Haskell, conectando Marketing, Comercial, Compras e ponto de venda, com atuação prática no desenvolvimento, implementação e mensuração de campanhas, materiais e ativações, garantindo eficiência dos investimentos e geração de resultado para o negócio.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Planejar e executar o calendário de Trade Marketing, alinhado às prioridades de Marketing e Comercial.

Desenvolver e implementar campanhas de sell-out, ações promocionais, mecânicas de incentivo, brindes estratégicos e ativações para lançamentos e datas comerciais.

Realizar visitas a pontos de venda para observar a execução da marca, identificar oportunidades de exposição, melhorias de visibilidade e novos formatos de comunicação no varejo

Desenvolver e acompanhar materiais e projetos de PDV, da concepção à implementação, garantindo consistência de marca e aderência às necessidades de cada canal.

Construir, junto ao time Comercial, ações para distribuidores, perfumarias, redes, supermercados e demais canais, com foco em giro, conversão e geração de oportunidades.

Elaborar briefings, cronogramas, orçamentos e acompanhar produção, fornecedores e implementação das iniciativas.

Atuar diretamente com Compras em cotações e negociações, buscando eficiência de investimento, qualidade e viabilidade dos projetos.

Acompanhar a execução das ações no ponto de venda, identificando ajustes e oportunidades de melhoria.

Definir e analisar indicadores de performance das ações de PDV, como sell-out, incremento de vendas, giro, ROI e eficiência dos investimentos de Trade Marketing.

Mensurar os resultados das ativações e transformar os aprendizados em recomendações para otimização, continuidade ou ampliação das iniciativas.

Apoio em projetos ligados a feiras, convenções, encontros de distribuidores, eventos comerciais e demais ações de relacionamento

PERFIL ESPERADO

Buscamos um profissional com perfil fortemente executor, organizado e orientado a resultados, que tenha facilidade para transitar entre planejamento e implementação. É importante ter autonomia, senso de prioridade, capacidade de negociação, boa leitura comercial e disposição para acompanhar os projetos de ponta a ponta, do briefing à análise de resultados.

REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS

Formação em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência consistente em Trade Marketing, preferencialmente em bens de consumo, beleza, higiene pessoal ou varejo.

Experiência com execução de campanhas promocionais, ações de sell-out e materiais de PDV.

Vivência com fornecedores, orçamentos, cotações, negociações e acompanhamento de produção.

Experiência com indicadores comerciais, mensuração de resultados, ROI e eficiência de investimentos.

Boa capacidade analítica e domínio de Excel e/ou ferramentas de análise de dados.

Vivência na interface entre Marketing, Comercial e Compras.

Disponibilidade para viagens.
