Die Energietransport AG ist ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Energietransporte in der Schweiz. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per Januar oder nach Vereinbarung ein engagiertes und vielseitiges Kaufmännisches Allround\-Talent (80\-100%) für eine befristete Anstellung bis Mitte 2027. Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst auch in einem direkten und lebhaften Umfeld den Überblick? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als kaufmännische:r Allrounder:in bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Chauffeuren und Büromitarbeiter, unserer Kundschaft sowie dem Sekretariat.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Kunden (inkl. Bedienen der Telefonzentrale)
  • Bearbeitung von administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Offerten, Rechnungen und Lieferscheine
  • Koordination und Unterstützung der internen Abteilungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten, Erstellung von Korrespondenz
  • Allgemeine Büroarbeiten und Unterstützung des Teams bei Sonderprojekten

Was wir uns wünschen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, exakte Arbeitsweise.
  • Freude am Arbeiten mit Zahlen
  • Freundliches und dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten, Freude am Telefonieren.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
