In unserem Profifachmarkt sind Sie mittendrin statt nur an der Kasse.

Konkret heißt das:

  • Sie beraten gewerbliche und private Kunden freundlich, kompetent und auf Augenhöhe.
  • Sie verkaufen aktiv unsere Produkte und finden Lösungen, die in der Praxis funktionieren.
  • Sie erstellen Angebote, kalkulieren sauber und wickeln Verkäufe zuverlässig ab.
  • Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen serviceorientiert.
  • Sie kümmern sich um Wareneinkauf und Wareneingang.
  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass unser Profifachmarkt ordentlich und attraktiv präsentiert ist.
  • Sie achten auf eine korrekte Preisauszeichnung.
  • Sie wickeln Barverkäufe eigenständig ab und übernehmen den täglichen Kassenabschluss.

Kurz gesagt:

Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere Kunden schnell das bekommen, was sie brauchen — und gerne wiederkommen, weil Beratung, Sortiment und Service stimmen.

Mitbringen - Ihr Profil

Klar, Erfahrung ist super.

Viel wichtiger ist uns aber, dass Sie:

  • verbindlich und serviceorientiert auftreten,
  • selbstständig, zuverlässig und teamorientiert arbeiten,
  • ein gutes Gespür für Verkauf und Kundenbedürfnisse haben,
  • unternehmerisch denken und gute IT-Kenntnisse mitbringen,
  • und idealerweise schon Fach- und Produktkenntnisse im Baustoffbereich haben — besonders bei Profi-Werkzeugen, Maschinen und Fachmarktsortimenten.

Und wenn Sie wissen, dass „Ich brauch das heute noch“ im Baustellenalltag kein Witz ist, umso besser.
