Die Entwicklung intelligenter unbemannter (Luft-)Fahrzeuge erfordert den Einsatz moderner Methoden der Künstlichen Intelligenz sowie damit verbunden neue Ansätze im Softwareentwicklungsprozess. Für den operationellen Einsatz derartiger Systeme bedarf es außerdem neue Konzepte der Mensch-Maschine Zusammenarbeit und Interaktion.

HAT.tec ist ein international agierendes Start-Up, das auf die Entwicklung von Technologien für Human-Autonomy Teaming und Manned-Unmanned Teaming (dem gemeinsamen koordinierten Einsatz von bemannten und unbemannten Systemen) spezialisiert ist. Your Responsibilities

  • Erhebung und Ableitung von Softwareanforderungen (Software High-Level Requirements, SWHLRs) auf Basis von Produkt-, Kunden-, Nutzer- und technischen Anforderungen.
  • Analyse und Abstimmung von Softwareanforderungen hinsichtlich Vollständigkeit, Konsistenz, Verständlichkeit, technischer Machbarkeit und Testbarkeit.
  • Erstellung, Strukturierung und Pflege von Softwareanforderungsspezifikationen unter Berücksichtigung eines angemessenen Abstraktionsgrades und klar definierten Softwareverhaltens.
  • Überarbeitung bestehender Softwareanforderungen zur Verbesserung der Qualität und Reduzierung unnötiger Implementierungsdetails.
  • Sicherstellung der Rückverfolgbarkeit (Traceability) zwischen Kunden- und Systemanforderungen, Produktanforderungen, Softwareanforderungen und Verifikationsnachweisen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Human Factors Engineering, Softwareentwicklung und Testing zur Klärung und Abstimmung fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen.
  • Prüfung und Validierung von Softwareanforderungen sowie Koordination und Dokumentation entsprechender Reviews und Freigaben.
  • Steuerung und Dokumentation von Anforderungsänderungen einschließlich der Analyse von Auswirkungen auf Produktumfang, Softwarearchitektur, Verifikation und Zertifizierung.
  • Einsatz KI-gestützter Tools zur Unterstützung der Anforderungsanalyse, Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation unter Sicherstellung einer fachlichen Prüfung und Freigabe.

Your Profile

  • Ein abgeschlossenes, technisches Studium sowie mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Requirements Engineer in der (Software-) Entwicklung im Avionik- oder Automotive-Umfeld haben dich gut auf diese Position vorbereitet.
  • Dabei sind dir auch schon RM-Tools, wie z.B. Jama (aktuell in Verwendung) oder Doors über den beruflichen Weg gelaufen und du interessierst dich für die Softwareentwicklung nach DO-178.
  • Zertifizierungen im Bereich Requirements Engineering in der Tasche? Optimal, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Du als Mensch stehst im Fokus! Mit deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit Flexibilität und deiner (pro-) aktiven Denk- und Arbeitsweise verstärkst du unser Team.
  • Teamwork und Zusammenarbeit liegen dir sehr am Herzen und du hast Spaß an interdisziplinärem Arbeiten.
  • Dein technisch-analytisches, ganzheitliches Denken ist Basis für gute Arbeitsergebnisse. An diese hast du einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch.
