Die Maschinen und Präzisionswerkzeuge der Gruppe kommen bei anspruchsvollen Kunden aus der Automobil\-, Wälzlager\-, Befestigungsmittelindustrie, Medizinaltechnik und Aerospace zum Einsatz.

Für unseren internationalen Kundendienst suchen wir eine begeisternde Persönlichkeit als Gebietsverantwortliche:r:

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Proaktive Betreuung des zugeteilten Kundenstamms, speziell für Frankreich
  • Eigenständige technische und kommerzielle Ausarbeitung von Angeboten sowie die vollumfängliche Umsatz\- und Margenverantwortung
  • Effiziente Einsatzplanung, Koordination und Steuerung von Servicetechnikereinsätzen
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Betreuung der Servicetechniker während den Einsätzen
  • Einsatznachbearbeitung aufgrund der Erstellten detaillierten Serviceberichte
  • Systematische Pflege und Analyse von Kundendatenblättern
  • Erstellen von Präsentationen für interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen sowie Aufbereitung des Servicebudgets

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung (Polymechaniker:in, Automatiker:in, Mechatroniker:in, Maschinenmechaniker:in), idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Techniker:in HF, :in oder technisches Studium etc.
  • Erfahrung in der Maschinenindustrie, vorzugsweise im After\- \-Service, technischen Kundenberatung oder Instandhaltung von komplexen Grossanlagen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse sowie fundierte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Versierter Umgang in den MS\-Office\-Anwendungen, idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP\-/CRM\-Systemen
  • Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative, selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Exzellente Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsstärke sowie ausgeprägte, gelebte Dienstleistungsorientierung im Premium\-Kundensegment
