The posting

Hatzi Filax Group, on behalf of our client, a diversified group of companies operating across shipping, hospitality, and other sectors, is seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Group CEO to identify opportunities, develop practical AI solutions, and drive automation initiatives across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for AI integration and process automation across the Group.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions, agents, and automated workflows.
  • Integrate AI tools with existing business systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support employees in adopting AI tools and new ways of working.
  • Monitor and optimize implemented solutions to deliver measurable business results.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience implementing AI solutions and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar.
  • Experience translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Eligible to work in Greece.
