Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest die aussagekräftige und schlüssige Aufbereitung komplexer Prozesse in der Steuerberatungs-Software für die Umsetzung durch das Development-Team. Mit fachlicher Expertise und umfangreicher Praxiserfahrung (vorzugsweise aus der Steuerberatung) erarbeitest du moderne Lösungen, die für unsere Zielgruppe signifikante Vereinfachung und Zeitersparnis bringen. Du hältst regelmäßig Kontakt zu unseren Kundinnen und Kunden, führst inhaltliche Softwaretests durch und unterstützt auch unser Customer Success Team bei inhaltlichen Fragestellungen. Die Durchführung von Webinaren oder Workshops im Rahmen von Fachveranstaltungen gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.

Deine Skills

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung an einer Universität oder FH, alternativ an einer höheren Schule mit anschließender Weiterqualifizierung
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis, vorzugsweise in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei
  • Exzellentes fachliches Know-how im Steuerrecht oder im Bereich Rechnungswesen
  • Prozess- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und flexibler Umgang mit verschiedenen Software-Tools
  • Interesse an künstlicher Intelligenz, Digitalisierung und neuen Technologien
  • Klare, offene Kommunikation im Team
  • Genauigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Transparenz
  • Ausgezeichnetes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
