Organisateur des transports / Disponent (h/f/d) ===============================================

Tes tâches:

  • Planifier, organiser et optimiser les transports routiers et combinés (délais, coûts, ressources)
  • Assurer une utilisation optimale de notre flotte et de nos capacités de transport
  • Diriger, coordonner et attribuer les missions aux chauffeurs
  • Saisir, traiter et contrôler les ordres de transport dans les systèmes informatiques
  • Être l'interlocuteur direct et assurer une communication fluide entre clients, chauffeurs et partenaires
  • Gérer les imprévus et trouver rapidement des solutions adaptées aux besoins

Ton profil

  • Formation professionnelle achevée dans le domaine de la logistique, de l'expédition, de l'organisation des transports ou formation équivalente
  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la disposition ou l'organisation de transports routiers en Suisse
  • Expérience pratique dans la planification et la gestion d'une flotte de véhicules et de chauffeurs
  • Bonne connaissance de la réglementation applicable au transport routier en Suisse
  • Bonnes connaissances du français et de l'allemand, indispensables ; toute autre langue constitue un atout
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, structurée et orientée solutions
