Ihre Möglichkeiten bei uns

  • Verkaufsleitung: Steuerung unserer Verkaufsstandorte, Führung der Teams, Umsatzsteigerung und Sortimentsgestaltung
  • Produktionsleitung / Backstubenleitung: Planung, Organisation und Optimierung der Backprozesse, Sicherstellung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards, Führung von Produktionsmitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Bäckereibranche, im Handel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Position, idealerweise in Produktion oder Verkauf
  • Führungsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Teamorientierung
  • Leidenschaft für qualitativ hochwertige Backwaren und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
