Mitarbeiter/in Reinigung und Hauswartung 40% mit Option zum aufbauen

Die Haus-Pool-Wartung GmbH mit Sitz in Widen betreut verschiedene Liegenschaften in der Region. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige und motivierte Reinigungskraft.

Deine Aufgaben: - Regelmässige Reinigung von Treppenhäusern, Eingangsbereichen und Liften - Reinigung von Waschküchen, Kellern und weiteren Gemeinschaftsräumen - Reinigung von Fenstern, Türen und Briefkastenanlagen - Mithilfe bei einfachen Hauswartungsarbeiten und der Pflege der Aussenbereiche - Meldung von Schäden oder Auffälligkeiten an die Geschäftsleitung - Reinigung von Privatwohnungen

Das bringst du mit: - Erfahrung in der Reinigung von Vorteil - Eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise - Deutschkenntnisse, um Arbeitsanweisungen zu verstehen und dich im Team zu verständigen (oder Spanisch auch von Vorteil) - Freude an praktischer Arbeit und einen freundlichen Umgang mit Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern - Führerausweis Kategorie B von Vorteil

Das erwartet dich: - Ein kleines, persönliches Team mit direktem Kontakt zur Geschäftsleitung - Abwechslungsreiche Einsätze in verschiedenen Liegenschaften - Eine sorgfältige Einführung in deine Aufgaben - Arbeitstage und Einsatzzeiten nach Absprache
