Die GmbH ist eine private Spitexorganisation, welche seit mehr als 20 Jahren betagte und hilfsbedürftige Menschen bei ihrem Wunsch, so lange wie möglich zu Hause wohnen zu bleiben, begleitet und unterstützt.

Per 1\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine(n) neue(n) Mitarbeiteri/in als

Pflegefachperson HF für die Kundenbetreung

(Beschäftigungsumfang 80 \- 100%)

In dieser wichtigen Aufgabe sind Sie verantwortlich für die Erstberatung, Abklärung und fortlaufende, kompetente Betreuung von Kunden und Angehörigen. Sie bauen eine vertauensvolle Beziehung zu unseren Kundenfamilien auf und pflegen diese laufend weiter. Für unsere Kunden organisieren Sie einen professionellen Dienstleistungsverlauf.

Sie erstellen Pflegerapporte, sind verantwortlich für die Qualitätskontrolle der Dienstleistungen sowie auch für das Coaching unserer betreuenden „Seniopair“ vor Ort. Sie unterstützen aktiv die Disposition in der Einsatzplanung. Sie als Fallführende(r) sind zuständig für die Pflegebedarfserfassung, Planung und Kontrolle.

Wir suchen eine flexible und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und abgeschlossener Ausbildung zur/zum Pflegefachfrau\-/mann oder eine gleichwertige, durch den SRK anerkannte Diplomausbildung. Rai Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
