Als Süßwarenhersteller streben wir stets nach bestmöglicher Qualität und suchen dazu eine_n engagierte_n und gewissenhafte_n Kollegen_in für unser QM/QS Team. 1 Mitarbeiter_in Qualitätssicherung Aber nicht nur bei der Sicherung unseres Standards, sondern auch in der kreativen Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktvielfalt zählen wir auf deine Expertise.

Zu deinen neuen Aufgaben gehören:

* Aktive Mitarbeit in der Weiterentwicklung des QM/QS-Systems

* Schulung & Kontrolle der Hygiene-Maßnahmen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Produktionsrichtlinien (Rundgänge & Maßnahmensetzung)

* Laufende Durchführung & Dokumentation von Qualitätsprüfungen

* Rohwarenkontrolle & -freigabe, Endproduktkontrolle und -freigabe

* Laufende Durchführung & Dokumentation von qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen

* Durchführung von mikrobiologischen Analysen

* Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Produktverkostungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit ProduktionsmitarbeiterInnen sowie zu allen Abteilungen

* Durchführung interner Qualitätsschulungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit QM hinsichtlich IFS & HACCP Richtlinien

Für die Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards bringst du zusätzlich mit:

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Qualitätssicherung (und/oder im Hygienemanagement von Vorteil)

* Berufserfahrung im genannten Tätigkeitsfeld

* Hands-on-Mentalität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung im Bereich IFS von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Microsoft Kenntnisse

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Slowakisch- oder Ungarisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Leidenschaft für Schokolade
