Haut\-Lac est une école internationale bilingue (français\-anglais) qui accueille des élèves de la petite enfance au Baccalauréat International.

Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons une personne de terrain, polyvalente et organisée, prête à s’investir dans la vie quotidienne de l’école.

Coordinateur\-trice Conciergerie \& chauffeur\-euse de bus scolaire (100%) Entrée en fonction janvier 2027 ===========================================================================================================

Votre mission

Rattaché·e au Responsable de l’intendance et en étroite collaboration avec la Coordinatrice des transports, vous coordonnez l’équipe de conciergerie (5 personnes) tout en participant activement aux tâches quotidiennes. Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Organiser et coordonner le travail de l’équipe de conciergerie (planification, répartition des tâches, suivi)
  • Réaliser vous\-même les travaux de conciergerie et d’entretien ainsi que les petites interventions techniques
  • Coordonner les interventions des entreprises externes pour la maintenance et l’entretien des bâtiments
  • Assurer le transport scolaire des élèves
  • Apporter un soutien logistique à l’intendance de l’école

Le poste implique ponctuellement un travail en fin de journée et le week\-end, notamment lors des événements de l’école. En raison des horaires (transports tôt le matin, interventions techniques urgentes, événements en soirée), un domicile situé à 20 minutes maximum de l’école est requis.

Votre profil

  • CFC d’agent·e d’exploitation ou formation technique jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée en conciergerie et en technique du bâtiment
  • Expérience préalable en conduite d'équipe exigée
  • Sens de l’organisation et capacité à encadrer une petite équipe tout en restant sur le terrain
  • Permis de conduire D1 (code 121\) ou D, avec certificat de capacité OACP valable
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et anglais niveau B1
  • Fiabilité, ponctualité, flexibilité et aisance dans le contact avec les enfants
  • Autorisation de travail valable en Suisse
