Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir am Geschäftsstandort in Glattpark/Opfikon eine dienstleistungsorientierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Sachbearbeiter/in Finanz\- \& Rechnungswesen (80–100%).

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben: Sie unterstützen den Head Accounting bei der reibungslosen Abwicklung aller finanztechnischen Belange des Unternehmens. Dazu gehören:

  • Führen der Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung inkl. internationalem Zahlungsverkehr
  • Bearbeiten der Kreditkartenabrechnungen
  • Kontrollieren der Abrechnungen aus dem operationellen Luftverkehr (z.B. Landetaxen, Handling\- und Treibstoffgebühren)
  • Erstellen von monatlichen Reports zu den einzelnen Flottenflugzeugen
  • Stellvertretung des Head Accounting bei Abwesenheiten

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Idealerweise eine erste fachspezifische Weiterbildung
  • Selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise mit und Leidenschaft
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit komplexen Sachverhalten und unterschiedlichen Währungen
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe und Motivation, sich in eine nicht alltägliche Branche und ihre Geschäftsprozesse einzuarbeiten
  • Gute Informatik\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Problemlose Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Familienunternehmen
